Kantpersmachine is, zoals de naam al doet vermoeden, een persmachine die gewoonlijk wordt gebruikt met een set ponsen en matrijzen om verschillende soorten plaatmetaal te fabriceren. Het kan mechanisch, pneumatisch, hydraulisch en servo-elektrisch zijn, maar vanwege de vooruitgang van hydrauliek en controlesystemen worden hydraulische kantpersmachines momenteel het meest gekozen in de plaatmetaalindustrie.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De basisparameters die een kantbankmachine besturen zijn de kracht of tonnage en de werklengte. De werkhoogte van de machine, slaglengte, afstand tot de achteraanslag en de kroon zijn de extra regelparameters. Vroeger, v\u00f3\u00f3r de ontwikkeling van complexe regelsystemen, vereisten deze parameters een ervaren en zeer bekwame operator om ze handmatig in te stellen en af te stemmen op basis van de productvereisten.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Waarom een CNC-kantpers (Computer Numerical Control) gebruiken in de metaalbewerking?&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Hoge flexibiliteit, korte insteltijd \u2013<\/strong> Naast het vermogen om te automatiseren en te integreren met geavanceerde robotbuigsystemen, bieden CNC-kantpersmachines een hoge flexibiliteit met korte insteltijden. Door gebruik te maken van de onberispelijke controlesystemen van de achteraanslagafstand, buighoek en slaglengte, kunnen de controlesystemen worden gebruikt om het type buigingen en de vereiste instelparameters te registreren en vast te leggen, waardoor het mogelijk is om meerdere buigingen met dezelfde machine in te stellen. In wezen kan een product worden gevormd van een plat plaatmetaal tot zijn uiteindelijke vorm met slechts \u00e9\u00e9n enkele instelling.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Geavanceerd Crowning-systeem \u2013 Grotere consistentie en herhaalbaarheid&nbsp;<\/strong>\u2013 Ook bekend als het &#039;kajak- of kano-effect&#039;, dit is een aandoening die vaak voorkomt bij toepassingen met een hoge tonnage kantpers. De term &#039;kajak&#039; verwijst naar de doorbuiging van de balken en de tafel tijdens de perssequentie. Crowning is een fijnafstellingsproces dat nodig is om de krachten van de kantpers te compenseren en gelijkmatig te verdelen. In plaats van vulplaten te gebruiken of de staaf te slijpen om de doorbuiging handmatig te compenseren, compenseert het systeem dit effect door de doorbuiging te meten en de tegengestelde krachten of &#039;kromming&#039; te genereren die nodig zijn om ervoor te zorgen dat de ram en de tafel parallel zijn tijdens het buigen.
