Wat is plaatbewerking?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Plaatbewerking is de algemene beschrijving van het vervaardigen en verwerken van plaatmetaal met lasersnijden, revolverponsen, buigen en kantbanken, handmatig of robotlassen, spuiten of poedercoaten en schroeven en monteren van meerdere platen metaal. Plaatbewerking wordt gebruikt voor verschillende producten, waaronder kleine beugels, behuizingen en chassis tot grote vormfactorproducten zoals kasten en metalen dozen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Welke soorten materialen worden gebruikt bij de productie van plaatwerk?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Bij metaalbewerking wordt gebruikgemaakt van een breed scala aan materialen, waaronder:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n
Aluminium (A5052, A1100 enz.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Roestvrij staal (SUS 301, SUS 304, SUS 316L enz.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Maten en toleranties van plaatbewerking<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Een typische plaatbewerker kan plaatwerk verwerken van zo dun als 0,3 mm, tot 22,0 mm voor zacht staal en 16 mm voor roestvrij staal. De tafelgrootte kan doorgaans zo klein zijn als 200 mm tot 3000 mm. Plaatbewerkers met 5-assige machines kunnen doorgaans materialen en formaten tot 3 meter verwerken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Bij lasersnijden gelden typische toleranties van +\/- 0,1 mm, een vouw-gatverhouding van 0,15 mm, een buighoek van +\/- 1 graad en een braamdikte van maximaal 10%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
