Inkoopmanagers hebben hun hoofd gebroken over het oplossen van de complexe problemen rondom de onzekerheden. Velen zijn bijvoorbeeld begonnen met het zoeken naar of sourcen van een contractfabrikant buiten China, maar worden nog steeds geconfronteerd met aanzienlijke uitdagingen bij het sourcen buiten China.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diversificatie van de toeleveringsketen kan voordelen opleveren, zoals kostenbesparingen, toegang tot nieuwe markten en risicobeperking. Mogelijkheden kunnen verschillen of simpelweg, tekeningen werden niet bijgewerkt of, nog erger, niet geleverd door bestaande leveranciers of interne engineeringteams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Naleving van regelgeving:<\/strong> In verschillende landen gelden verschillende regelgevingen en inkoopmanagers moeten rekening houden met diverse nalevingsvereisten met betrekking tot productspecificaties, veiligheidsnormen, etikettering en documentatie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Communicatie- en taalbarri\u00e8res:<\/strong> Taalbarri\u00e8res kunnen een belemmering vormen voor effectieve communicatie met leveranciers. Dit kan leiden tot misverstanden of vertragingen in het inkoopproces.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Leveranciersrelatiebeheer:<\/strong> Het ontwikkelen van sterke relaties met nieuwe leveranciers kan extra inspanning en begrip voor culturele verschillen vergen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Om deze uitdagingen aan te pakken, implementeren procurementmanagers vaak strategie\u00ebn zoals grondige risicobeoordelingen, diversificatie van leveranciers, investeren in technologie voor zichtbaarheid van de toeleveringsketen en op de hoogte blijven van de dynamiek en regelgeving van de wereldwijde markt.
