Sie k\u00f6nnen mechanisch, pneumatisch, hydraulisch und servoelektrisch sein, aber aufgrund der Weiterentwicklung der Hydraulik und des Steuerungssystems werden in der Blechindustrie derzeit am h\u00e4ufigsten hydraulische Abkantpressen eingesetzt.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die grundlegenden Parameter, die eine Abkantpresse steuern, sind die Kraft bzw. In den Tagen vor der Entwicklung komplexer Steuersysteme mussten diese Parameter von einem erfahrenen und hochqualifizierten Bediener manuell eingestellt und basierend auf den Produktanforderungen abgestimmt werden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Warum sollte man bei der Metallverarbeitung eine computergesteuerte (CNC) Abkantpresse verwenden?&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Hohe Flexibilit\u00e4t, geringe R\u00fcstzeit \u2013<\/strong> Neben der M\u00f6glichkeit zur Automatisierung und Integration mit modernen Roboterbiegesystemen bieten CNC-Abkantpressen eine hohe Flexibilit\u00e4t bei geringen R\u00fcstzeiten.
